Graphite Mould Series can be divided into level continuous casting graphite mould or vertical (up-drawing) continuous casting mould by the casting mode. By the cast materials it is divided into:

4. Steel and stainless steel continuous casting graphite mould.
By the shape of the cast product, it is divided into round bar mould, hollow tube mould, and shaped graphite mould.

Advantages:
1).Good current loading ability:The welding point current loading ability is same to that of conductor;
2). Good mechanical performance: The connection is a molecular connection. It is a permanent connection ,no loss or corrosion result to high resistance;

4). Good resistance to corrosion: The welding joint is covered by copper and more strong than copper, it provides good resistance to corrosion.

6). Free control the reaction temperature: Different welding powder is provided according to the metal features, so the welding powder can be very solid.
 
Using instruction:
1.Avoid contacting of hot molten metals with water, oil, grease, etc. It may cause excessive
spatter and burns.
2. Do not uses in flammable vapors or dust, a fire or explosion may happen.
3. void fire, mould must be stored in dry, well-ventilated area, away from open flame and excessive heat.
4. Avoid looking directly at the light of the reaction. It may irritate your eyes.
5. Wear safety glasses and leather gloves to use the mould.
